Beside Altantuya Murder case, we have other high profile murder cases such as death of Late Dr Joe Fernandez Assemblyman Lunas Kedah , Late Datuk S Krishnasamy Assemblyman Tenggaroh, Johor and Actress K Sujatha with suspects ranging politicians or their family members. The Police and Attorney General Chamber seems to practicing double standard in taking actions against those involved moresover when their linked with ruling coalition.
Kapar Member of Parliament , Manikavasagam today called upon Attorney General office to setup special Independent Investigation Team as both AG’s office unable to classify Murder case of actress K Sujatha. Eventhough Police already completed their investigation Sect 302 Murder involving family member of a ex Minister.
Manikavasagam made the call in a Police report made against former Sentul OCDP ACP K Kumaran and Former Klang Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital Dr S.P. Sakthivel who inspected K Sujatha and proclaimed her death.
Manikavasagam also reveal photos linking then Sentul OCPD K Kumaran with MIC leaders. Kumaran had filed a defamation suit form RM 10million against Manikavasagamfor his remark that Kumaran had connection with MIC while later attached to Perak. The photos shows Former MIC Perak Chief Tan Sri Dato K Kumaran, Deputy Minister M Saravanan attending ACP Kumaran family function some 3 months ago. Am I wrong to says his has prior connection with MIC, puzzled Manikavasagam.
Manikavasagam also revealed today that Dr S P Sakthivel Palaniveloo (SamyVelu’s Borther) currently runs a private Hospital in Klang, Selangor that could easily cost RM10 million. Beside that he drives Mercedez Benz worth million . How could this happen within a year for a government Doctor earning less then RM5,000 per month.
Sentosa Specialist Hospital owned by Sakthivel. Under his management the hospital underwent multimillion ringgit face lift.
A check with Company Commission of Malaysia revealed that Sakthivel and his Wife as Director of SSH Medicare Sdn Bhd that manage Sentosa Specialist Hospital. Manikavasagam also added that some information from trusted sources indicates Sakthivel had acquired a parcel of land opposition his hospital.
As a elected representatives I’m doing this for the sake of public benefit. The authorities knows who murdered Sujatha but they reluctant to take action, as it involve ruling party members. But when it comes to opposition see how fast they act. If Government and AG office really sincere in upholding the laws , charge the accuses immediately.
Manikavasagam added that he will reveal necessary evidence to the court.
