'Teoh could have been dragged'

A police forensics expert today did not rule out the possibility that political aide Teoh Beng Hock could have been dragged before he was found dead.

Chief Inspector Mazli Jusoh, 31, told this at the inquest proceeding after being shown scratch marks on the deceased's right shoe.

Lawyer Malik Imtiaz Sarwar: “Do you agree that the scratch marks have an important implication?”

Mazli: Agree

Malik: Does this mean the deceased could have been dragged?

Mazli: No. Usually, if someone is dragged, the signs will not be on the sole of the shoes. If the person is dragged from behind, he would use the heels of his shoes to struggle.

Malik: What if he was dragged sideways? Is there a possibility?

Mazli: Yes
The inquest has been adjourned till tomorrow.

Forensic expert: Stains found in inner side of window

Selangor police forensic expert Chief Insp Mazli Jusoh told the Teoh Beng Hock inquest that he found stains on the inner side of window where the DAP political aide had apparently plunged to his death.

Mazli (left) also found indentation on the window and discovered that window's handle and lock were broken.

According to Mazli, he was debriefed about what had taken place by investigating officer ASP Ahmad Nazri Zainal when he arrived at the scene in Plaza Masalam, Shah Alam.

"I went up to the 14th floor which Nazri had indicated to be the window where the fall took place. I found that the handle of the window latch/lock was broken.”

His forensic team also search for fingerprints on the window through using a dust stick. However, the test result turned out to be negative, meaning that no fingerprints were found.

"This is because the window was dirty and dusty," he told the inquest.

Mazli also said that he had taken two swabs from the stain on the window as well as two swabs from a sofa on the 14the floor, which Ahmad Nazri said Teoh had slept on hours before he died.

Mazli's team of investigators took a total of 41 photographs on the 14th floor of the building which housed the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission and the 5th floor where Teoh's body was found July 16.

The inquest began at 9.09am with Teoh family's lawyer Gobind Singh not present as he had to attend to another matter at the Court of Appeal. Lawyer Malik Imtiaz however is standing in for him.

Singapore Free Air TV - What does RTM and monopolist Media Prima provides to Indian community?

BOYCOTT MALAYSIAN TV STATIONS CAMPAIGN!!!

BOYCOTT ALL ADVERTISEMENTS SHOWN IN THESE STATIONS - TV1, TV2, TV3, NTV7, TV8 & TV9

WE SHOULD TEACH THESE MORONS A LESSON.

WHY SHOULD YOU VOTE FOR THE GOVERNMENT THAT PRACTICES DISCRIMINATORY POLICIES?

Every Mondays to Fridays Singapore TV station (Vasantham) provides free programmes to Indian communities from 3.00 pm to 12.00 midnight

Every Saturdays and Sundays the programmes starts at 1.00 pm to 12.00 midnight.

Look at the contribution of Malaysian government TV (RTM), TV1 & TV2 serving Indian community in Malaysia.

Malaysian Monopolist Media Prima (TV3, NTV7, TV8 & TV9) serves "0" programmes for Indian community.
How Malaysians watch their pathetic and idiotic programmes?

How shall we deal with these racists?

They are not bothered of the existence of Indian communities in Malaysia.

How does MIC deals with this problem? As usual no issue for them.

It is high time for Indians to demand for a FREE AIR TV station for their own community as they have been deprived by their own government to serve minority community.

If Singapore government is very concerned of minority community, why not Malaysian govt. Why Malaysian govt has to practice discriminatory policies?

Vasantham: Singapore Channel E24 (Tamil)

All Indians in Malaysia should unite to overcome the discrimination towards Indians in Malaysia.

mi1 is going to highlight this issue until 13th General Election and till Indians in Malaysia been awarded a new Free air TV station from Malaysian government.
