How many crutches, wheelchairs and strechers do you want to give the Bumiputra to become competitive? It's like cheating in the exams. You take money from the people and keep giving to those who refuse to work hard. They only wait for projects to come their way.
More than 90% of Celcom's dealers are non-bumiputras. Why? Because they are work harder more than the rest. Can the government list Bumiputera entrepreneurs and companies who:
- are successful without government handouts? How many?
- owns companies by their own sweat and tears? How many?
- owns garages of luxury cars which they acquire without government help?
Then list the number of successful and wealth non-bumi entrepreneurs that is given hand-outs by the government.
It's the mind set and you cannot change genetic laid-back mind set and it's a fact.

The stat'e's machinery and resources including money are already at their disposal, why set up another agency? Unless there is more money to be pocketed. If after 40 years and having spent 100s of billions, and that too having utilised all the government machinery, they are still complaining about not achieving 30% equity, they should form a unit to find out where the money had gone and who had benefited from them instead of establishing a new unit. Its a waste of public funds. Be fair and share the development funds with every community instead of channlling them into their own pockets.At 18.7% after 40 years, it will take a century to reach 30%.

1 melayu, 1 cina, 1 india = 3 malaysia..
Stop all the race based politics for Malaysia's sake..
