During the recently concluded Sabah MCA convention, the party president Dr Chua Soi Lek had alleged that DAP has been trying to ensure the Chinese would be pitting against the Chinese in its political foul play by dividing the Chinese political representatives among the other Pakatan Rakyat component parties.

So what is the meaning of this statement actually? After saying those words, Dr Chua gave another confusing statement that DAP was also plotting to establish a "Chinese State" in Malaysia by employing a split tactic to woe the Chinese voters.

Dr Chua's statement is so confusing as on the same day, at the same time, he had said that DAP was pitting Chinese against each other while a few minutes later he mentioned DAP was trying to establish a "Chinese State" in this country.

And the delegates of the Sabah MCA convention blindly applauded his statement made during his presidential address then.

Let us make thing straight to the point about these two rival parties, which MCA had often claimed that DAP would be a threat in its Chinese political representation stature.

MCA since its formation in the early 50s had always maintain its political subject as being the sole representative of the Malaysian Chinese community and continue its claim till today despite continue losing the support from the second largest community in this country.

And MCA had also often reminded the Malaysian Chinese community that the Chinese here should always support and continue to vote for MCA or otherwise the Chinese community's representation in the BN government would be gone.

At one time, Dr Chua had also threatened the Chinese community here that they should vote for MCA or the Chinese would be without any voice in the next BN government.

We would like to stress that whether there are MCA representatives in the BN government or otherwise does not make any differences at all for all these years. We are still being treated second class in whatever policies the BN government had undertook, and even today, we still in that condition.

When Umno keeps on doing its Chinese bashing, what has MCA done to defend us, when there are rejection of scholarship applications, what has MCA done to defend us (only after DAP sounded the drum?), when the community were often restricted with many kinds of race-based quotas in applications for licences, permits or whatever it is, what has MCA done to defend us?

When Umno turned into a more extreme and racist organization in its effort to champion the so-called "Ketuanan Melayu", what has MCA done to prevent such extremism? When delegates of the previous Umno general assembly called for their "keris" to be soaked with Chinese blood, what has MCA done to defend the community that they claimed to be representing?

So is MCA really for our Chinese community or jokingly, it is just another "Make Chinese Angry" or "Money Come in Advance"? If MCA had claimed that they are the most effective political representative in the BN government, why is the community still being unjustly treated for decades?

Building colleges or universities for us aren't sufficient in making us happy, these efforts are a mere political responsibility. Establishing so many Chinese-based deposit taking cooperatives and investment holding companies aren't going to make us richer. The main problem that MCA is suffering from is, they are not being able to be an effective voice of the Malaysian Chinese community in the BN government because of Umno's continuous dominance and supremacy. We want our social and political justice which MCA had still failed to fight for us.

In order to ensure its political survival in the BN coalition government, it is the MCA who are working day and night to ensure that the Chinese are pitting against the Chinese, a divide and rule policy in order to project itself as the kingmaker of the community. With this, the MCA would be able to hold the Chinese community at will by the neck whenever it wants to.

Now let us turn to DAP, when it was established in 1966, the party constitution had maintained that the party's objectives are for social democracy, justice and multi-racialism. Eventhough the party membership majority has been the Chinese all this while, the party has continue to maintain its objectives to ensure its struggles are for Malaysians from all walks of lives and they did not focus on any particular race like what the MCA has been doing.

Even the leadership composition of DAP has always reflect its multi-racial stand. The concept of "Malaysian Malaysia" had also clearly stressed that the party has always champion the plight of all Malaysians.

If MCA were to be sincere enough to ensure its reflection of a 1Malaysia in practical, the party should have change its name to "Malaysian Communities Association" and start accepting people from all races to join the party.

There is no point for MCA to preach about 1Malaysia or multi-racialism everyday but what they are doing were not. The party identity is simply still Chinese, the party constitution is still Chinese, their objectives are still Chinese, the party's management is still Chinese, their approach are still Chinese and whatever they do are still simply too Chinese, even their party logo is so much similar to that of the Chinese Kuomintang (KMT) presently in Taiwan (and previously from China).

So, who are the real "Chinese State" plotters here? Stop all these racist bashing please! It's already outdated, and so does MCA!
