Najib should be named Father of Political Violence in Malaysia

'If ever this country goes down the road of chaos, Najib is the biggest culprit for being silent when he should have stated his objection to such acts.'

Don't rush in with donations, Bersih urges supporters

vox populi small thumbnailBTN: PM Najib Razak is a very dangerous person especially when he choose to remain dumb to all these ‘samseng' actions of late.

He is the chief executive of this country and his silence spells trouble for all law-abiding and sincere citizens of this country.

If ever this country goes down the road of chaos, Najib is the biggest culprit for being immature and in this case, for keeping mum when he should have stated his objection to such acts.

Cocomomo: Let us donate generously as we are able. Bersih should officially announced the bank and account so that crooks do not take advantage of the generosity of Malaysians to such a worthy cause for the future of our nation.

Bersih should also ensure proper controls are in place and announce the receipt and usage of donations. It should set the lead in showing that there are organisations that can collect and use money honestly with public accountability.

Tancc: The Umno goons are in for a shock. The is government is asking for RM122,000 from the Bersih leaders. The donations coming in from Bersih supporters will far exceed the amount, and all coming through free will.

This will really embarrassed those Umno goons who have to pay hired hands to ‘demonstrate' on their behalf.

Bender: I plea RM100 for the cause. Should the hooliganism continues, I'm willing to fork out more. I can skip lunches and even go on a fasting marathon if need be. Just tell us what to do. The government has no right to treat its own people like this.

The Time is Now, Get Ready: Bersih co-chair S Ambiga, your neighbours should string you up.

If you had done Bersih 3.0 in accordance to the law and not according to the rules of the jungle, they would not have had to suffer as what is happening now.

Yes, the traders cannot trade there, that's ridiculous, but then tell me, Ambiga, what is stopping the rakyat from gathering at your home on motorcycles just hanging out. Surely it's not a crime to do that.

Anonymous #55961902: The Time is Now, are you blind or what? Can't you differentiate between Bersih 3.0 compare to what those thugs are doing.
One is fighting for a noble cause whereas the thugs are terrorising and intimidating another person. One fights for free and fair election and the thugs fight and threaten another person. They are big bullies and cowards.

Ambiga and Bersih 3.0 are campaigning for a brighter Malaysia and for the betterment of our generations to come, whereas those thugs are giving a bad name to our beloved country.

I can carry on and on to tell you the differences between the two, but I doubt you are able to comprehend them.

GovPayMaster: If we can raise extra funds - and I am sure we will - we can send Najib and our defence minister to France.
'Spending RM1.5mil to protest business losses?'

Samuel Ng: Bersih co-chairpersons S Ambiga and Pak Samad (A Samad Said) offered nothing but a just cause and hundreds of thousands of Malaysians come to the rally on their own accord and expense.

Umno had to offer free bus rides, food, shopping and carnivals to get 50,000.

Now Kuala Lumpur Petty Traders Action Committee president Jamal Md Yunus has to offer Lamborghinis to tempt people to show up. Now you know who the people of Malaysia support.

Bluemountains: Is this how Umnoputras do business? Spending RM1.4 million to recoup a RM200,000 loss? Someone must check whether the businesses really belong to him.

HYL: It's just another gimmick for this TAR (Tuanku Abdul Rahman) petty trader to get his five minutes of fame and also to get the Umno top guns to notice him. Only in Malaysia, can a sports car be used to lure people to support his stupid cause.

Anonymous #18452573: DAP's Lau Weng San isn't so sharp and missed how scheming and devious Jamal's gimmick is if it works.

How he intends to exploit this matter is that if people clicked ‘like' and ate at his place and produced their receipts for the draw, they stood a chance to win.

The only winner is him as in actual fact, for if this somehow unbelievably happens, and each person spends a minimum of RM2, he doesn't lose.

He is a con man and is trying to exploit this from every angle. That is how this crony and crook has made it this far. By exploiting the real petty traders, Malays, Chinese, Indians and all Malaysians alike.

YF: Losing more money while claiming to have lost money? That's the mindless logic of Umno. Obviously, the payback from Umno must cost more than the cars he's offering.
And where does Umno get its money from?
