Seberang Jaya - A protest had taken place in front of Seberang Jaya Sri Karumariaman Temple in wake of PM Dato Seri Abdullah Badawi making sudden visit to BN sponsored Yagam next to the temple compound. Organiser believed to be Hindraf Split over group “Makkal Sakthi” .
Protestors chased out PM Abdullah Badawi from attending Politised Yagam. Rumors saying organiser believed to received up to RM 500,000 in cash to split Indian votes. Both organisers believed to be hidding inside temple protected by police. However , no police seen inside temple and prayers performed normally,
Badawi ears are deaf when hundreds of thousand Indians gather on Nov 25 ,2007 but suddenly ears clears from just 2 Man called themselves “makkal sakti”.
Police arrested 6 of them including 2 women and Hindraf Coordinator Thanendran.
