Thank You Air Asia

Wee Choo Keong and Khazanah’s statement about Air Asia is bad for the poor as Air Asia is the only airline the poor can afford to plan and fly. All Malaysians must continue to support and plan to fly Air Asia.

I thank Air Asia for doing well to all Malaysians and it is a shame that Khazanah and Wee Choo Keong are trying to deny low fare to all when the world is facing a down turn in economy. Air Asia has made it possible for all Malaysians to fly and brought families, friends and countries closer.

I’m also questioning Khazanah and Wee Choo Keong kept quiet when nasi lemak and other foods were supplied to MAS at very high prices and billions of public fund lost through MAS but now, together with, they want to destroy the role of Air Asia to provide cheap fare to poor Malaysians.

There are also many white elephant projects lying waste of which the poor rakyat do not benefit at all. Khazanah and Wee Choo Keong should support any move by anybody to bring low fare and cheap living to all.

Millions of Malaysians started flying after low fares were introduced. Air Asia please continue the good work and move in to other sectors to provide affordable living conditions to all.

Truly I thank Air Asia as for the first time in ten years, I took my whole family (5 of us) to India and back for only RM 3200 of which we never dreamt of this and I could not afford to fly before Air Asia came into our lives.

I urge all Malaysians to continue flying Air Asia while today I’m flying to Kota Bharu for a ceramah in Kota Bharu Stadium and also meet YAB Tok Guru Nik Aziz.

Air Asia, please fly to all destinations in the world and bring the world to Malaysia. Padang Serai and Millions of Malaysians are with you, please keep the POOR FLYING.

MP Padang Serai

  1. I agree that we low income group of Malaysia should support Airasia. The company live up to its tag "Now Everyone Can Fly". Accept it or not, Airasia brings together Sabah, Sarawak and Peninsular nearer. Whether it want to compete with MAS or not is not a factor because business means competition.
