You should be concentrating on wooing Malaysians overseas back to their own country! The talent corp is all rubbish and waste of money! Address the basic issues and Malaysians and investors will return to Malaysia.
1) Better security - why the hell are Malaysians paying for their own security. If you say there is not enough arm forces personel. Then introduce National Service (military conscription) and not your stupid version of NS. The issue of national security is everyone's responsibility. By introducing NS IN THE RIGHT WAY...and not with pariah people training us. We can instil national pride and patriotism. We can also save money as paying an allowance and board and lodging is cheaper than paying RM1500 ringgit a month. Also, it helps curb corruption because they is a constant flow of new blood into the system.
2) Judiciary - please restore the judiciary, why are there 2 standards. It is ok for you to do something, and if somebody else does the same thing it is against the law. Why the double standard?
3) Better education - to be competitive, things have to be in English to compete and make it easier to do business. Look at china and taiwan. Even though they are chinese speaking nation, but all international documents are in english!
4) PR - i think it is high time that Malaysian spouses who are foreigners and professionals are given PR. This is a stupid reasoning, when you give illegal immigrants under Project M citizenship whereas, potential and talented people are not given anything at all!. Irony of talent corp!!!!!! Even when west malaysians want to expand in east malaysia they are not consider as "citizens" what nonsense is this!!!!
5) Better health - please produce worthy health professionals who have quality. I have heard a lot about Dr. Queks that instead of healing patients, they kill people instead (while not all, but a huge majority, from UiTM and etc).
6) Equal opportunities - we are willing to come back to serve the government for less money. As money is not everything, but we should be given equal opportunity to contribute and improve malaysia BASED ON MERITS instead of "WASTA" as you are familiar with!
7) Transportation - public transportation is non existent at all!
This are just the few issues that we oversea Malaysians are concern about, address these needs before talking about Talent Corp and etc. If you can do all this, you will not need to set up talent corp, Malaysians and investor will be willing to return to Malaysia. Stop wasting the rakyat's money on all this stupid white elephant project and stupid organization to woo ppl back. Two wrong does not make one right! Fix it and MAYBE you will earn a little of our respect! But for now, you have lost everything!
