Re: HRP wants proof of land titles of 60 Hindu temples allegedly granted land and land titles granted to all Tamil schools, cemeteries and Indian villages in Selangor w.e.f. 8/3/2008.

We refer to the above matter and to our earlier letter to your goodself dated 14/9/2010 titled “Land for all Hindu temples, Hindu cemeteries and all 98 Tamil schools and Indian settlements”, our letter dated 11/11/2010 titled “Request for copy of 12 Hindu temple land titles allegedly granted by the Selangor State Government”. (copies enclosed herewith).

We regret to note that up to date your goodselves like the previous UMNO regime have refused to reply to our aforesaid letters.

We regret to note that the Selangor State Government had yet again on 27/8/2011 “kosong” announced that Selangor had allocated land for another 60 Indian Hindu temples. However the list of the said 60 temples are yet again not listed out.

We also regret to note that your goodselves continue to procure your Indian EXCO mandore to do the a la MIC and UMNO axis kosong Tamil dailies etc wayang kulit to continue with the racist facist and supremacist UMNO political agenda.

Kindly reply to our said letter dated 14/9/2010, 11/11/2010 and this letter dated 2/9/2011 and also furnish us with the list and copies of the land titles issued and gazette thereto of the said 12 and 60 Hindu temples that was reported in the Tamil daily Makkal Osai 29/8/11, The Star 30/8/11 at page 31 and also in the Malaysiakini video on 17/8/11.

Kindly revert to us accordingly within seven (7) days from the date hereof failing which we shall presume that your goodselves too like the previous Selangor UMNO regime are bent on continuing the a la UMNO/MIC culture to continue cheating the Indian poor using your Indian EXCO, MP, ADUN, Councillor etc mandores to merely get their votes and thereafter to dump them like sucked oranges.
