The most institutionalized racist country in the world

Countries with seemingly increasing racism would include eastern European countries such as Russia.

Countries in the Carri bean are also notably known for Intolerance.

The amount of racism in a country depends a lot on the race of person. Some countries may be more tolerant to Asians and less so to black people.

Racism level of a country cannot be the justification to call a country as racist.

A country can be called racist only when she has a formal law that endorse racism. South Africa was the last full blown racist nation (officially admit practicing racism).

Currently there is one major nation that is practicing racism: Malaysia. Malaysia based on Malay race. In Malaysia there are many laws that are preferable to their primary race, and different regulation for other race.

In Malaysia, the Malay population only slightly over other race (54%). This made racist policy in Malaysia result in greater impact.

Therefore, the most racist country in the world is: Malaysia.

Institutionalized racist policies are a better indicator of whether a country is 'racist' or not, makes perfect sense. It reminds me of a couple of letters-to-the-editor I've read in the past, in The Star, where the people who write mentioned that they've migrated because overseas (e.g.: Canada, Australia) racism exists, but you have to go out and find it; whereas in Malaysia racism stares you in the face all day, everyday.
