Re: 1) Request for information on Jalan Gasing Sivan temple, all 12 & 60 Hindu temples granted land by Selangor State Government by virtue of Freedom of Information Enactment 2010 (Selangor).

We act for Hindraf Makkal Sakthi acting in the general public interest.

We refer to the above matter, to our letter to your goodself dated 14/9/2010 titled “Land for all Hindu temples, Hindu cemeteries and all 98 Tamil schools and Indian (villages) settlements”, our letter dated 11/11/2010 titled “Request for copy of 12 Hindu temple land titles allegedly granted by the Selangor State Government”, our letter dated 23/03/2011 titled “Request for all information on Closure / Stop Work Order of this temple by virtue of Freedom of Information Enactment 2010 (Selangor)” and the latest letter dated 2/9/2011 asking for proof of land titles allegedly granted to 60 Hindu temples and the land titles granted to all 98 Tamil schools in Selangor, Hindu Cemeteries and Indian villages in Selangor with effect from 8/3/2008 (to date hereof) for which we are yet to receive a reply. (Copies enclosed herewith).

We also wish to bring to your kind attention that despite your goodselves letter dated 16/2/2011 to the Selangor State Legal Adviser Y.Bhg. Datin Paduka Zauyah Be binti T.Lotin Khan, we are yet to be served with the relevant documents further to the Freedom of Information Enactment 2010.

With reference to the further newsreports on the 12 & 60 Hindu temples allegedly granted land by the Selangor State Government in the Tamil dailies Makkal Osai 29/8/11, The Star 30/8/11 at page 31 and also in the Malaysiakini video on 17/8/11 & Makkal Osai 29/8/2011 at front page and further to the much touted Selangor Freedom of Information Act 2010 and in the general public interest, kindly let us have copies of the following information and/or documents.

1) Full details of the list, copy of the land titles granted and also title number of all the aforesaid twelve (12) and sixty (60) said Hindu temples and other relevant details.

2) List of all Hindu temples, Hindu cemeteries, Tamil schools and Indian villages that has been granted Selangor State government land titles, it’s size, title numbers and other relevant details in the last four years since 8/3/08 to the date hereof and the total number of land titles not yet granted to all the other remaining 98 Tamil schools, Hindu temples, Hindu cemeteries and Indian villages in Selangor in accordance with the Freedom of Information Enactment 2010 (Selangor).

Kindly revert to us within seven (7) days from the date hereof.
