PUTRAJAYA: Some 200 Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) members gathered outside the prime minister's office yesterday to submit a memorandum calling for the repealing of the Internal Security Act.
The memorandum seeks the release of five Hindraf leaders -- M. Manoharan, P. Uthayakumar, V. Ganabatirau, R. Kengadharan, and K. Vasantha Kumar.
They were detained under the ISA for their involvement in a street demonstration in Kuala Lumpur on Nov 25.
