Human Rights Party Protem Secretary-General P. Uthayakumar left for New Delhi for the annual Pravasi Bharathiya Divas (World Indian Diaspora) Conference to be held from the 7th to the 9th of January 2010.
On 6th January 2010 at 4.30 p.m Mr. Uthayakumar would speak at the New Delhi Bar Meeting to be held at the New Delhi Supreme Court and which would also be attended by retired judges, lawyers and academics.
On 7th January 2010 at this Pravasi Bharathiya Divas (World Indian Diaspora) Conference which is to be opened by Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, HRP would be revealing their annual “Malaysian Indian Minority Human Rights Report 2009″ entitled “Malaysia truly racist”.
Thereafter Mr. P. Uthayakumar is expected to meet senior officers from the office of the Indian Prime Ministers Department, External Affairs Ministry, Overseas Indian Affairs Ministry, Law and Justice Ministry and the Opposition Leaders, and also present this 2009 Human Rights report to those officials.
