Pakatan does not care much for the Indians, all they want is Indian votes, LGE declared that 24 Indian votes in Buah makes no difference for him in Penang as such he is washing hands.....Most Indians in Malaysia were lured to believe that Pakatan will help the Indians if the take over, the Tsunami came and gave them power in many states but they failed to recognised minority rights and became another BN in the making. The Pakatan should reveal from head to tail all about Buah Pala's existence going back to the Straits.
1. Who was the owner of the land in apx 1900 to 1938? As I have seen a copy of the trust dated 1938 posted in the net? All legal aspects of this trust must be respected and explained.
2. What happened to the trust after Independence and transfered to the Federal govt and later State govt? Who made the transfer, under what law? Which court or parliament gave the order to transfer?
3. How a trust land was made into TOL land, we need to declasify minutes to the effect. Who signed the transfer and whether it was legally done?
4. Why suddenly stop the TOL? Who made the ruling and why? We need the minutes to the effect.
5. Why sell to the Koperasi a body that have vested interest as the mebers are govt officers? Why sell for a very low premium? Why the land that fetched only RM6.4 million after more than 100 yrs in existence, suudenly shot up to RM150 million as claimed by Pakatan/State govt.? Who did the valuation and on what ground?
6. The approval to sell was made by BN, but not completed due to non payment, time frame lapsed, became VOID, who gave the new order and approval, we believe this was done by Pakatan and we need the minutes to the effect.
7. Why collect premium for the already lapse and void approval of BN and sealed the sale in a hurry knowing well the case is ongoing in a court of law. The action that we believe cause the residents to loose the LOCUS STANDI...
8. Why the condition on the said title was not adhered to by the Pakatan govt.
9. Why the State govt allowed the land be caveated to Numestro that goes against the condition laind on the title?
10. What interest is CM LGE is having in this deal, as it was lately reported he is living a Condo owned by Exec Director of Mumestro's g/friend?
If we have so many unaswered questions and when LGE openly said he washed his hands of the matter, what would be the perception of the rakyat who honestly voted them in power. Who is traitor now? Who are the Liars who broke their own promised as shown in youtube which do not lie. What do the rakyat think about a govt that refuse to acknowledge rakyats rights including basic human rights. LGE is wrong to assume that the people are happy with his administration. He is not above law as such law will take its course. Padang Jawa temple was demolished, all devils broke loose, 50 thousand people flocked the streets, BN lost many States and SV lost his seat and ministral post for the 1st time.. Now Buah is on the verge of demolition, all devils might break loose again...imagine what will happen later......
The responsibility of the villagers :
Fight for what legally belongs to them and the rakyats responsiblity is to defend their rights in accordance with law and bring to justice whoever commit travestice of justice in this matter.
Options for political platform for Indians :
MIC is a good old party but most of the leaders not, if it can be transformed, it will be very good option.
Indians have their constitutional right to open aup their own party and provided approved by the govt.....new parties have to work hard and be honest to gain support.
These are mine :
1) People have the right to question and THEY SHOULD QUESTION HINDRAF on this matter. It is wrong for anyone of us to shoot down a person who questions HINDRAF. If we strongly believe that the government of the day should be questioned for any wrongdoings, the same rule should be applied to the oppositions and the pressure groups.
Everybody has the right to question BUT how to force them to answer since they are not a legal entity anymore?
2) I am not sure if Pakatan promised the villagers to save Buah Pala before the elections. If they did, then it is obvious that it was an empty promise which served as their ammo for election victory.
Go to YouTube and you can watch live.
3) Regardless of whether it was BN or Pakatan's fault, the villagers made the biggest mistake. They placed too much trust on politicians. The biggest mistake these people ever did was to live on a piece of land which was not earned by their sweat. They lived there for 200 years but they should have asked themselves if it is right to live in a place without ownership. They should have either purchased the land with their hard earned money (if it was open for sale in the first place) or moved to another piece of land which they purchased. It is pointless for them to continue fighting over this matter coz the land is not theirs. Yes, they lived there for many generation but it is not their land. If you live in a rented house for some time and the owner sells it without informing you, you can argue about compensation for kicking you out without proper notice but YOU CANNOT CLAIM THE HOUSE AS YOURS.
Thats why we want a honest & transparent government, not a fly by night company?
4) It is either Indians remain in MIC or group up in Keadilan. I don't think we have much choice left. It is only logical to make full use of what we have.
The Indians being minority have very little or no rights, BUT they are considered King Makers, if we can pool them up we have enough resources to live in peace.
Opinions may defer but conscience must be clear; the poor, the uneducated, the underpriviledged must be protected at all cause. Anarchy should not rule.
Thanks for reading my opinion...
