Let us Analyze Najib and his goon's speeches at UMNO assembly

It is a speech of empty rhetorics to give syiok sendiri to their members until out of a sudden these members feel they are sure win in the next GE election.

What kind of motivations has Najib laid out for his followers in UMNO? He wants them to be Global Malays, but does his speech reach out to them TO BE Global Malays?

Secondly, ALL Malaysians are ears (or eyes) to his speech BECAUSE he embodies the position of the Prime Minister of this nation. Does his speech touches on inclusiveness to bring his followers as an integral member of the larger community of Malaysians? I don't think so. His speech does not represent himself as a PM for all races but more towards narrow minded leader. He can be a very good friend to Perkasa Ibrahim.

Najib should rally his followers, but there is a thin line between a divisive tribal leader and a leader of a wider community of diverse Malaysians.

Overall, it is a BAD or BADLY ADVISED speech!!!

There might have been consensus amongst the BN race based parties where the assumption is that they each legally represents the position of the separate races. That they are legally and constitutionally mandated to commit their entire race to any kind of agreement with UMNO who claim to legally represent the Malay race. Once again there is also the assumption that each of the races are on their own track to reach their own destinations and that the three races are in conflict over goals, strategies, resources, avenues etc.

But really, after 53 years of independence are we still on separate tracks? Are we still in conflict over resources and space?

If UMNO and the BN cannot understand it yet, maybe I can help. Fact is there is this wind of change where more and more have stopped viewing each race as running a race on their own separate tracks with UMNO dictating how each should run and what position each shall be on their respective tracks. We are all, as Malaysians, on a single track trying to get to our destinations. the hurdles and the challenges are not ourselves, but they are all the outside forces that compete with us. And we, as Malaysians, have to get together on this to take on the challenge as one. Not as three or more separate races.

To the Malays Najib talks about Malay agenda and to the other races about 1Malaysia.Why bother to keep up the farce when it is clear 1Malaysia has been rejected by umno? The other BN component parties has been ordered to keep quiet, listen to big brother and hand it a blank cheque to do what it pleases. If BN component parties still have integrity, dignity, want to survive and claim to represent their own communities must think whether it is worthwhile to help umno become stronger, bully other communities and ruin the country for the sake of a few govt positions thrown at them .

So, 1Malaysia is simply just a smokescreen to lure votes, rather than a vision.

Might as well rename it to "1Melayu - UMNO didahulukan, yang lain dibiarkan".

"Last week, Najib had tabled the Budget 2011 as finance minister where, among others, he announced that key Bumiputera trust agency Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) will build a 100-storey skyscraper near Stadium Merdeka as a symbol of Malay pride in Kuala Lumpur."

What happen to 1Malaysia? Shouldn't it be MALAYSIAN PRIDE instead?

Why still maintain the 1Malaysia concept as you have single-handedly flip-flopped on your own manifesto.

Malay rights by UMNO is getting more stale than a fungus-infested piece of bread. What about the Orang Asli rights? What about the Bumiputera rights of East Malaysians? What about the rights of ALL Malaysians born and bred here? Who is side-lining who now?

From the perspective of the UMNO members it would seem like the Malays would still need crutches right until the 22nd century.

Back to pure ethnocentric, institutionalized , legislated violation universal human rights in a country that is sliding down the economic spectrum. Be prepared for the sever disagreement and dimantling of any resemblance of equitable outcome for non=Malays.

The final breath and ultimate death of MIC and MCA Samy Velu and Chua and birth of new non race based political force to kick the UMNO fundamentalist.

They even have the gall to predict they can capture Penang or Kelantan on 50-50 chance and Perak & Kedah sure thing. Gosh, just a few thousand shouting rhetorics, can win them the election without realizing that they are losing even more votes as they shouted.

Anyway, talking sense to these people who interpret article 153 their own way is futile and a waste of time. They dared not even to come out to clarify let alone debate on it. So very cleverly tell the others ... no more debate on the issue.

The show goes on and the rot continues.... spend, spend and spend while those who cannot get good jobs because of sooooo many factors from NEP to lack of new factories and businesses go to developed countries. It is better now than never or too late. Why earn low Malaysian pay when developed countries usher you in with high developed countries' pay?

Lucky those who have their EPF money in Singapore. When they retire they get Singapore dollars not Malaysian ringgit (by which time, do know how much it is worth). Actually the workers are the major losers - big losers.

Number of facebook members for 1M Reject 100 storey tower has reached 140,000 and growing fast! This is going to change the way Malaysians protest... virtual. No police can stop that and is powerful.

On the one hand says we are heading for bankruptcy ... and within a month or so announcing major spending (not earning) projects by the tens of billions of projects that benefit only a small sector of the elites.

Yet they want to introduce GST to tax more. What kind of rulers are they? Do they know HOW TO GOVERN A COUNTRY?
