To ensure that Moslems can live life religiously, and sleep in peace, i eagerly await UMNO to propose the followings:
Taxes / income to be spit among 2 groups of taxes, and moslems can only use money for welfare/charity/suraus/mosques/Scholarship/grants/financial aids from Category 1 as listed below ONLY.
1) Taxes contributed by halal means:
a) Bumi companies
b) Companies that DO NOT DO BIZ in Alcohol, Gambling, Cigarettes
c) Any companies that produces 100% halal products only
2) Taxes contributed by non-halal means:
a) Gambling, Alcohol, Cigarettes (genting, magnum, 4D, Toto, Lottery Tickets, Carlsberg, Anchor, Marlboro, Dunhill, Winston)
b) Non-halal companies (pigs industry)
c) Restaurants / Hotels that sell alcohols / porks
d) Condom companies
e) Any companies that sell halal & non-halal products together hence their income is not-halal, i.e. all retail outlets (Carrefour, Giants, Tesco)
Only 50 senior citizens??? They must have been paid more money by UMNO to do this, probably uncles and aunties of that Zahrain and UMNO crooks. Little do they know that all this while, they have been living on facilities and salaries funded by Gambling money (Toto, 4D, Magnum, Genting etc). Coming from an UMNO organized event, this does not surprise anyone. UMNO can continue to think that the people are stupid,....well, they can continue to lie to the senior citizens who have no access to alternative medias, but the up and coming younger generation knows better. The more stupid/ selfish acts such as this make it to the news, the more people will become aware of the lies UMNO propagate. And, the more people hear about these stupid acts, the more people will hate UMNO. Keep it up UMNO because it will help to speed up your death especially in Penang.....who pride ourselves as one of the most informed people in Malaysia.
Are you sure these are the SAME MONEY that they received ? What are the serial nos. ? Money by itself is NOT DIRTY. If they are, then ALL the taxes collected by our Government are HARAM ! Money from NON-MUSLIM TAXPAYERS ARE HARAM ! In such a scenarion, the Government should print TWO version of the ringgit - HALAL RINGGIT and HARAM RINGGIT. No where else in this whole world does people think (or don't think at all ) like this, except NOW in MALAYSIA !.
Do you think the IMF and aids from the UN are "CLEAN, PURE, HALAL" and not derived from gambling, prostitution,drugs ect ect ? To what RIDICULOUS extent will UMNO go to fight dirty ? Most probably, UMNO has offered RM500 to these people to pretend they are " insulted" . Return RM100 and GAIN RM400 - what a great deal ! Poor fools !
For every individual who'd refunded the money, there are 10 people who would gladly accept it. There have never been short of Malays in Penang who do not mind the subsidy regardless whether it's halal or otherwise. Judging form recent events, like praying for the well being of non-muslims during friday sermon, the demarcation between halal and haram is getting thinner. This money should be given to PAS Ustazs in penang like Mr ZA to be distributed among his qariahs..
