Hisham hints govt to expose more info on sex video at 'suitable' time
Home Minister Hishammuddin Hussein is the latest Umno leader to smear Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim by insinuating that he is involved in a sex video that was raked up by three Umno members calling themselves the Datuk T trio.

Hisham also hinted that the Umno-led government was delaying releasing further information about the sex video until a time that politically suited them.

"We have learned. What we did will be manipulated if exposed too early. The public will be influenced by unreasonable campaigns and in the end, the truth will be lost," Bernama reported him as saying at an Umno function in Seremban on Saturday.

But Pakatan Rakyat leaders were unfazed by his implicit threats.

"He is just trying to deflect the news flow from Umno and BN. They are not doing too well, what with the subsidy cuts and the Christian conspiracy fiasco," Gopeng Mp Lee Boon Chye told Malaysia Chronicle.

Saggy breasts, big stomach

In the past week, to keep interest in the issue alive, Umno leaders including information chief Ahmad Maslan and Deputy Inspector General of Police Khalid Bakar tried to bait Anwar, who has refused to dance to their tune.

Despite lodging a police report against the Datuk T trio for slandering him and screening the video in public, the police have failed to arrest or charge the three men even though they have confessed to the crime. Possessing and making public pornographic material is a crime punishable by up to 5 years in jail in Malaysia.

The Datuk T trio are businessman Shazryl Eskay Abdullah, former Malacca chief minister Rahim Thamby Chik and Perkasa treasurer Shuaib Lazim.

At a recent Yahoo! online chat, Anwar dropped a bombshell. He said he may reveal who the man filmed cavorting with a female prostitute was.

“I have some suspects; big stomach and saggy breasts," Anwar told Yahoo readers who logged in to chat with him in a 75-minute session on Thursday.
