This V.C.D has been accepted as the Kuala Lumpur High Court Exhibit “HMS-12” in the civil suit by the Applicant Ramesh Periasamy against four Respondent; 1)YAB Dato Seri Najib Tun Razak, 2)YB Dato Seri Hishamuddin Tun Hussien, 3)Pendaftar Pertubuhan Malaysia, and 4) Pendaftar Pertubuhan Wilayah Persekutuan, which was filed at the High Court registry today 25/5/11 at 9.57 a.m.
In Ramesh’s affidavit he had outlined a brief of the VCD on how Hindraf Makkal Shakti leaders and activists were singled out targeted and assaulted on the spot at mere peaceful assemblers.
This is because these “victims” of UMNO racism who had championed the equal rights of the Malaysian Indian poor, and against UMNO racism against them from womb (denied Birth Certificates) to tomb (desecration of cemeteries) with impunity that Ramesh has asked for this video to be played in open Court.
