Ration-Cards for Marginalised Families in Malaysia

The Ration-card system was created to provide documentation and stratification for the purchase of fair priced food and necessary materials. The system requires each citizen to possess a card which identifies the family’s socio-economic class which falls below the poverty line or poorest of the poor.

A ration stamp or ration card is a stamp or card issued by a government to allow the holder to obtain food or other commodities.

Malaysian government responsibility is to help transform the ration card system to program more productive and effective for all the marginalised members of Malaysian society who needs the assistance. This should be one of the most important government transformation programme and not just merely lip services.

Opposition parties, NGO's and other members of the society, please pressure the government to introduce this system. From this system we would be able to see the sincerity of Malaysian government. This system has been proven to be successful in developing and developed countries so there is no reason for the government to drag their feet. Start implementing immediately for the sake of poor Malaysian who are in dire states

Bio metric system has been used in developed countries to reduce fraud.
