Since this nation is stuffed with majority 'Kangaroo judges'in our kagaroo courts, it is about time to bring back the jury system.

I totally abhor the present Malaysia with it's corruption, lack of morals, lack of ethics, high crime rate and, of course, the police state dictatorship that makes a pathetic attempt to pretend to be a
democracy.

It is obvious from recent court decisions that the courts are the key factor in propping up the dictatorship. Therefore, obviously, the courts are thus the key to ending the dictatorship.

Bringing back trial by jury would end the farcical circus the courts have become. Presently, the judges and lawyers are jumping through hoops held by the executive.

A government held obedient to the courts by courts obedient to the constitution is what Malaysia needs.

Mahathir truly destroyed Malaysia by his attack on the judiciary, in particular his eliminating trial by jury. `Mahathir' is thus now an eight-letter word meaning `menace'.

Mahathir should truly be in jail for his crimes and pay compensation to his numerous victims.

Patronising Mahathir's restaurant `The Loaf' is support for Mahathir's torture of Munawar Anees, the injustice done to Justice Ian Chin (the judge packed off to boot camp), the other judges, the injustice done to Anwar Ibrahim, the victims of Ops Lalang (some of whom are still detained!) and numerous other victims of Mahathir.

Malaysians deserve a peaceful, just, prosperous, moral, ethical society with a low crime rate.

Unfortunately, Malaysia is at present controlled by scheming parasites who think otherwise.

The medicine against the parasites will take a lot of effort by all Malaysians who wants a better Malaysia.

The road to the New Malaysia will be long and winding, with steep hills and heavy rain, but we will get there somehow with the jury system in place

How pathetic ... both the lack of knowledge and credible of Malaysian judges and our courts. Furthermore, our judges can be bought with cash or whatever means of corruption, in the name of contribution, gifts etc.

Such lopsided accordance of power to the judiciary is no justice ... and opens itself to manipulation. So "Yes!", I am all for a jury system.

Can someone please educate me as to why we have no juries?

Will the UMNO, who depend heavily on these mongrels to stay in power ever going to consider it?

The same UMNO which compromise the judiciary since Mahathir days.

A jury is usually used only in the context of criminal, civil, defamation cases etc.

The injustice meted out by some of the Judges just shocks even the ordinary man in the street.

When justice cannot be dispensed by our last bastion of justice, what do we do?

Storm the Palace of Justice? or change the whole system
