No one in the Judiciary has a mind of their own. No one. They screw on petty issues because most crucial hearings and judgments are pre-prepared. They only discuss on how to deliver it; as easy as that.

A judge once said: "We are indebted to the government, they are taking so much care of us, we do as we are told".
What they want, they get, and what they say is never wrong. Are judges really that important?
Judges are fussy pots, exceptionally demanding and intolerant. Beneath their steely face is a beast. They can easily reach the AMOK stage if they are left unattended to. So to be safe, you shower them with respect, even a pretentious one will get you through because they cannot differentiate the false from the truth. Bow your humble self to them or get blacklisted. Their temperamental self and their outbursts are so common to insiders.
Most judges have bad judgment over a human character. The people that they trust are the very people that others will avoid. So you see how they have been exploited?
They also have these revolting tantrums that is worse than a pampered child. You can tolerate a sulking child but a sulking adult? Feel like giving them a tight slap! There was a case where a driver got so angry that he spit near one who was passing by him.
They can go berserk over trivial matters like a few seconds of delay for the attendant to open the office door. Or, if the room temperature is 22 degree celcius, the moment it climbs to 23, he will chase after the technicians almost every day. Stupid isn't it? One judge even kicked out his staff because he heard rumours that the staff wanted a transfer nearer to home. He couldn't accept the fact that someone would want to leave perfect him!
Every morning, when you enter the office, it is like having one leg inside the door and the other is outside the door. You feel the heat everyday and ponder on how your day will end. You ask the driver for their moods. You ask the staff for their moods. Everyday is centered on their moods and the staff react according to their moods.
When things goes wrong, then hell will break loose. If you have the urge to pee, try to hold it. They may call you and if you're in the loo, they will skin you for not being at the desk when he needs you. One thing that you must do is never answer back. Answering back is taboo. Just play dumb and stand silly.
You see, judges are highly suspicious of people. They don't trust their staff but they need them. Like politicians, judges can switch their moods in a matter of seconds, and that makes working under them difficult. People look at them highly, but not so the staff.
They have been spoon-fed for too much and for far too long. They are totally engrossed in their own secluded arrogant world. To them they are the chosen ones and they demand to be treated like kings. All that matters is that their selfish needs must all be fulfilled at whatever cost. Others on the outside are just menaces. They demand everything free, even for petty little things like payment of the internet line! With their monstrous income, they can afford to buy a kancil for cash and yet they refuse to pay for the internet line!
No one in the Judiciary has a mind of their own. No one. They screw on petty issues because most crucial hearings and judgments are pre-prepared. They only discuss on how to deliver it; as easy as that. Meetings are not necessarily in the office, it is just a place to deliver the messages and the decisions.
They are mere puppets and we all know who is the maestro pulling the strings.
