Policeman rightly prosecuted for shooting dead Aminulrasyid (15) within 14 days. Zero policemen prosecuted for shooting dead hundreds of Indians.

Our position remains that the policemen who had shot dead Aminulrasyid should be prosecuted or murder and denied bail like any other common criminal. Why should members of the Polis Raja Di Malaysia be accorded special privileges? An extension of Article 153?
Especially today’s and also the last 14 days headlines and bylines in any event helped vindicate the pain and misery this family had to undergo which was however never accorded to all the Indian shot dead victims are as follows:-
1) Cop claims trial- corporal out on bail over shooting death of schoolboy (NST 11/5/10 headlines)
2) Corporal Jenain Subi,48, pleads not guilty to causing the death of Aminulrasyid and faces up to 30 years jail. (The Sun 11/5/10 headlines)
3) Koperal Didakwa (BH 11/5/10 Headlines)

4) Cop to be charged today (The Malay Mail 10/5/10 Headlines)
5) Koperal mengaku tidak bersalah (BH 11/5/10 at page 5)
6) Koperal Didakwa (sH 11/5/10 Headlines)
Having said this, we again ask why there has been zero prosecution for the hundreds of ethnic minority Malaysian Indians having been similarly shot dead by the Malay-sian police.
Why?:-
1) Just because they are the soft target Indians?
2) Because PKR, DAP and PAS won’t care.
3) Because PKR, DAP and PAS won’t move an emergency motion in Parliament as was done for Aminul rasyid (15).
4) Because Anwar Ibrahim, Lim Kit Siang and Hidi Awang won’t bother as the victims are “merely the Indians”?
5) Because PKR, DAP and PAS 78 MPs and other top leaders do not care as the victims are the soft target Indians?
6) Because even the MIC and PKR, DAP and PAS Indian MP mandores would not champion these injustices just because the victims happen to be Indians and not Malays, Chinese or the natives?

Welcome to UMNO’s “One Malay-sia” and PKR, DAP and PAS’ “multi-racialism’.
When we point out at this racial discrimination, to divert the real racism, we instead are branded as having raised sensitive issues or are extremists or even terrorist by UMNO and branded as ethnocentric and racist by PKR, DAP, PAS, NGOs, and the supposedly ‘Malaysian civil society’.
